Recurring Enrollments for ILT Sessions

If you added an Enrollment for an ILT Session, you can set up the session to be recurrent. You can do this either at the time you are creating a new Enrollment, or you can return to an existing Enrollment and add the recurrence.

While creating an Enrollment for an ILT session, after you have clicked Save, additional sections display on the page.

To return to an existing Enrollment, on the ControlPanel:

  1. Click   on the Enrollments menu to expand it.
  2. Click Enrollments.
  1. Click next to the Enrollment.
  2. Scroll down to view the Recurrence section.
  3. Click Add Recurrence.

  1. Select one of the following intervals for the Enrollment recurrence:

The remaining fields in this section vary depending on which option you selected.

If you selected Weekly (the default selection), type a number in the Recur every _ week(s) on field to indicate the number of weeks between occurrences. The default is 1, which indicates the interval between occurrences is one week. Then select the check boxes to indicate the days of the week on which you want the Enrollment to recur. The default date is the current day of the week. (In the example above, the Enrollment recurrence was being added on a Monday, so the Monday check box is automatically selected.)

If you selected Yearly, do one of the following:

  1. Type the Start Date.
  2. Select one of the following:
  1. Click Save. The Recurrence Panel now displays the recurrence pattern you selected.

Also notice the View Recurrence button. The icon next to this button () is also now displayed on the Enrollments page next to your recurring Enrollment.

  1. (Optional) Click View Recurrence to view the recurrence as it appears on the calendar. You can make modifications to the recurrence from this calendar if necessary.
  2. (Optional) Click Edit Recurrence to edit the recurrence pattern.
  3. (Optional) Click Remove Recurrence to remove the recurrence pattern.
